1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY & ACCESS

All products, vaults, calculation spreadsheets, schematic diagrams, templates, audio-visual materials, and associated execution guides delivered via southernnomads.store are digital assets. Access credentials, download links, and direct system portals are provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation. 

2. NO-REFUND POLICY ON DIGITAL ASSETS

Due to the immediate delivery, irrevocable nature, and permanent access granted to downloadable digital files, frameworks, and proprietary tools, all sales are final once access is provisioned. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital vault, direct technical support is available via mossie@southernnomads.store to resolve credential delivery.

3. TECHNICAL, ELECTRICAL & OFF-GRID BUILD DISCLAIMER

All architectural plans, wiring diagrams, 12V/240V dual-battery schematics, vehicle modification guides, and mechanical advice provided through Southern Nomads are strictly for educational and informational purposes. 

• Solar, battery storage (Lithium/AGM), inverter installations, and high-current DC/AC wiring carry inherent fire and electrical risks.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring any physical modification, structural alteration, or electrical installation complies with your applicable local, municipal, vehicular, and national regulatory standards and electrical codes.

• Southern Nomads and its contributors accept no liability for mechanical failure, electrical malfunction, property damage, personal injury, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from the application of these materials. Consult a certified auto-electrician or qualified engineer before commissioning live high-draw systems.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT & STRICT PROHIBITION OF REPRODUCTION

A. Exclusive Statutory Copyright Ownership

All materials, downloadable digital files, frameworks, wiring schematics, operational calculators, system blueprints, spreadsheets, codebases, video recordings, audio modules, written guides, and proprietary methodologies available on or delivered through southernnomads.store are the exclusive, copyrighted intellectual property of Southern Nomads (© 2026 Southern Nomads. All Rights Reserved). 

B. Single-User Limited Personal License

Upon verified purchase, Southern Nomads grants the customer a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to view, download, and utilize the material for personal execution only. This transaction represents a limited license for personal use, NOT a sale of intellectual property rights or ownership of the underlying materials.

C. Explicit Prohibition of Copying, Reproduction & Distribution

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part:

• Copying, reproducing, duplicating, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, broadcasting, or displaying any part of the materials in any public or private medium.

• Sharing access credentials, download URLs, unlisted video links, or private Google Drive/Vault directories with third parties, including via shared drives, torrent networks, peer-to-peer file sharing, or group-buy forums.

• Modifying, translating, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on Southern Nomads' spreadsheets, templates, electrical diagrams, or operating models.

• Reselling, sub-licensing, renting, leasing, commercializing, white-labeling, or bundling the materials into any third-party course, product, service, consulting package, or publication.

D. Enforcement, Damages & Access Revocation

Any unauthorized reproduction, leakage, sharing, or commercial redistribution constitutes a direct breach of contract and willful copyright infringement under applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties (including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and the Universal Copyright Convention). 

Southern Nomads reserves the right to:

1. Immediately and permanently terminate vault access and membership privileges without refund.

2. Deploy all available legal remedies, injunctive relief, and statutory copyright infringement claims to recover damages, lost revenue, legal fees, and full profits derived from unauthorized reproduction or distribution.

5. COMMUNICATION & ADVISORY LIMITS

Tier-specific direct communication (including WhatsApp advisory channels) is strictly reserved for designated tiers (Masterclass Suite) and constitutes operational consultation based on experience, not certified engineering or legal advice. Direct communication access is subject to reasonable fair-use operational policies.
